Running Packer on Terraform Cloud

So if you’re looking to run Packer within terraform but don’t want to use HCP Packer then you’re at the right place!

To achieve this, you simple need to create a null resource and have a provisioned execution command to download Packer (arm64 version) unzip and store this under ~/packer.
